Mrunal Thakur says she discussed Ishaan Khatter with Shahid Kapoor

After having appeared recently in Farhan Akhtar'sToofaan alongside Supriya Pathak, she will be seen with Shahid Kapoor and Pankaj Kapur in Jersey and has signed Pippa with Ishaan Khatter. In a recent interview, Mrunal Thakur opened up about working with ShahidKapoor and his family. She deemed working with all of them around the same time as 'a beautiful coincidence'.
"The beautiful thing is that I feel like I have worked with the entire family. I have worked with SupriyaPathakji in Toofaan, with Pankaj Kapur sir and Shahid in Jersey and now with Ishaan in Pippa. It’s just a beautiful coincidence," she said, speaking with SpotboyE.
She also revealed that she has discussed Ishaan with Shahid. "When Shahid and I talk about Ishaan, we only speak about how talented that boy is. I can’t wait to work with him because the energy he imparts is amazing," she said before adding, "They both are extremely different and so is their approach towards their work. I haven’t spent much time with Ishaan yet but we get along really well and I know that you will see that bonding in Pippa."
