The new weapon

Maharashtra government on Monday issued new guidelines for lockdown and restrictions in 25 districts have been relaxed to some extent. In those districts where the positivity rate is low, the timings of shops have been extended till 8 PM. The decision to relax lockdown restrictions in these districts has been taken under the pressure of traders because they are the ultimate voters of any party. Besides, they provide other help to parties in the elections. So, no party can’t afford traders’ displeasure.  A class of common salaried people in the private sector is really suffering from lockdown. This class has not benefited from getting a salary with sitting at home like government employees. The government employees have been most benefited by lockdown as they have not to go to the office and their full salary is being deposited in their bank accounts. They are not obliged to work even from home. So, they would like to continue this lockdown as far as possible. So, they would like to continue this lockdown as far as possible. The Maha Vikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra and the Modi government have got a new weapon in the form of lockdown. With the help of lockdown, the governments can suppress the opponent's voices and rule unlimitedly. The demonstrations are not allowed and no processions are there. So, police must be praying the system should continue as they have not to work for bandobast. The governments have been benefited by lockdown mostly as no questions are being asked. Opposition leaders like Rahul Gandhi are also not asking questions in parliament to Modi for which he has not answered. Instead, Rahul is busy in dramebaji like arriving in parliament on tractor or cycles. The people of this country have no hope from opposition also. In Maharashtra, the chief minister is openly opposed to relaxing lockdown restrictions as it is very easy for him to sit at home and enjoy the fruits of power. After a lot of criticism for sitting at home, he is now coming out and enjoying political tourism in flood-affected areas. But, he is not giving any concrete assurance to flood-affected people as he has nothing to do for them. State BJP leaders like Devendra Fadanvis and Darekar are silent on removing lockdown as their top leaders like Modi is in favour of lockdown.  It seems that every political party is against common and poor people. These parties are for the rich class and working for them.  With an eye on BMC elections next year, the state government has allowed shops in Mumbai to open till 10 PM. The government is considering political gain and loss while relaxing restrictions also is not a sign of good governance. the lockdown is a conspiracy by both governments and bureaucracy as both are extreme beneficiaries of lockdown. Bureaucracy always wants lockdown as it can rule the state arbitrarily and indulge in unlimited malpractices of corruption as there is no one to ask questions. The government has the same intention. The ministers in the MVA government have never answered valid points like why locals are closed for common people? If Corona is spread through rush in locals, can it not spread through BEST buses which are running in the immense crowd? Shop timings are at 4 PM. After $ PM, does the Coronavirus straightaway goes to its home? It does not transmit after 4 PM? There are many such questions to which government or its ministers have no answer and so they are running from them. Corona is not such a danger as the weapon of lockdown at the hands of governments who want to cover up their failure under the garb of Corona waves which even do not exist.
