Irresponsible behaviour

Actor Rohit Roy has raised a very serious question about the irresponsible behaviour of celebrities. He has scolded them for taking their pet animals out in the morning and evening hours. But, Roy has said that who will remove the excreta of these animals, as I never have seen any plastic bag in their hands. This is not a petty issue that Rohit Roy has raised. Many celebrities often seen their pet dogs taking out and the animals excreta is removed finally by locals. This is not only irresponsible behaviour but also an utter disregard for other people.  Celebrities often think of themselves above common people and they forget that commoners play a crucial role in taking them to that higher position.  The celebrities are often pampered by spectators and fans and this only spoils them which are otherwise wise citizens. The photographers often run behind celebrities for a single snap and therefore the celebrities think they are above god also. Of course, all celebrities are not like this and some are very decent citizens. But they are the exception.  Our celebrities should follow American actors who always carry a plastic bag with themselves when they take out their pet dogs for a walk. These dogs have often a habit of defecating when they are taken out. So, the celebrities in Hollywood always pick up the excreta of their pet dogs in plastic bags and they are disposed of very systematically. If we are following foreign celebrities in case of their very openness and fashion, we should always follow their social discipline.  The national discipline can be gauged at traffic signals. When countrymen break signals and run at a rapid speed, our national discipline can be said to be zero.  The same thing can be said about our celebrities’ behaviour. Every citizen should follow discipline, then the only nation can progress. This is not the sentence for a school essay, but it is reality. Celebrities are role model and so they are blindly imitated by people. So, the leaders and celebrities have more responsibility for decent behaviour. But, most of the leaders and celebrities seem to be more callous about society and do not bother about what other people will think.  They drive cars with rampant speed and crush people who come in their way. Then with their money power, they can manage everything to go scot-free. Many examples are there to prove this fact. Not only celebrities, every person who takes out his or her pet dog on road but he or she should also carry a plastic bag to collect excreta of the animals and then dispose of it in a scientific way.  The government should make a law in this regard. If our people do not know what is public discipline, only law will solve the problem.  The fine should be more and even if celebrities or rich people will not bother with fees initially, for how many days they waste their money in paying fine. Of course, we should guarantee that the law enforcing people will not allow to go them scot-free by taking bribe. Rohit Roy has raised an alarm for not only celebrities but every responsible citizen for decent behaviour. The fans should be kept aside in this respect. The person however influential should be punished for indecent behaviour for his or her pet dog’s defecation.  This is the right way to imbibe discipline.
