J& Kgovernment terminates five government employees for having terror links

Srinagar : During a press conference at the Convention Centre in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha speaks with Additional Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo. As per sources,the Jammu and Kashmir government fired five employees on Wednesday (March 30) for having ties to terrorism.

Police constable Tawseef Ahmed Mir of Pulwama, computer operator Ghulam Hassan Parray of Srinagar, teacher Arshid Ahmad Das of Awantipora, police constable Shahid Hussain Rather of Baramulla, and nursing orderly Sharafat A Khan of Kupwara were all fired for having ties to terrorist groups. In July of last year, 11 employees of the Jammu and Kashmir governments were fired due to their ties to terrorism. Two sons of Hizbul Mujahideen founder Syed Salahudin were among those dismissed.
