Court orders to seal premises
Varanasi, May 16 (HRS): An ancient Shivling was found on Monday, May 16 in a survey of Gyanvapir Mosque in Varanasi. This is considered to be very important evidence. After this, the lawyers of the plaintiff filed an application in the court to seal the premises. Accordingly, the Varanasi court has directed to seal the area where the Shivling was found in the mosque till further orders. The order was issued by Varanasi Senior Civil Judge Ravi Kumar.
After the Shivling was found in the Gyanvapi survey on Monday, the plaintiff's lawyers applied to the court for the safety of the Shivling. On this, the court has issued an order regarding the security of Shivlinga. It is believed that the true place of Adi Vishweshwar Jyotirlinga was Gyanvapi. In the direction of which Kashi Vishwanath temple area Nandi's mouth has existed for centuries. According to Hindu mythology, Nandi's face is always towards Shivlinga. In such a situation, since the idol of Nandi was facing the Gyanvapi Mosque, there was a demand from the Hindu side to survey the mosque for many days.
The action report submitted by advocate Harishankar Jain in this regard was submitted along with the application on Monday. The application states that Shivling was found in the mosque complex on May 16, 2022, during the work of the Advocate Commissioner. This is very important evidence, so the CRPF Commandant should be ordered to seal the premises. Order the District Magistrate of Varanasi to ban the entry of Muslims. Only 20 Muslims should be allowed to perform Namaz and they should be stopped from performing Wuju immediately. After receiving the letter, the court issued an order in this regard at 12 noon. The court has ordered that District Magistrate Varanasi should immediately seal the place where the Shivling was found. No one is allowed to enter the sealed place. District Magistrate Varanasi Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate of Police Varanasi and CRPF Commandant Varanasi have been ordered to seal the place.
The entire personal responsibility of keeping and maintaining this place will be considered as the personal responsibility of all the above officers. As per the above order, it will be the responsibility of the Director General of Police, Police Headquarters, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and the Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow to monitor what the investigating administration has done with regard to the sealing action. . The relief clerk has been directed to ensure that a copy of the order is sent to the concerned authorities without delay as per the rules.
